Terms of purchase (private customers)

Our website complies with current legislation in distance trading via the Internet. The total price at checkout is inclusive of shipping but not any billing fee.

The Consumer Purchase Act (legal customers)

Our website applies The Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990: 931) to legal customers, ie traders.
As a trader, you thus have all the rights mentioned in The Swedish Consumer Purchase Act.


To order, you must be able to receive e-mail. Once we receive your order, we will send you an email confirmation as soon as possible with information about your order. It is good if you save this email to have at hand in case of contact with customer service. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact our customer service.

Return Policy

The right of withdrawal is governed by the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005: 59). As a consumer (private person) at Laga you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item. In order to be able to process your case more quickly, please contact customer service before returning an item, however no later than 14 days from receipt. Please provide your order number when contacting us.

The right of withdrawal applies only if the goods are in essentially unchanged condition. The product should be well packed in carton, with inner packaging. You pay for return postage yourself, except for defective or Laga faulty goods.

We would prefer you send with Lagas return form on return, to be able to handle your case more quickly.

Defective Product / Warranty

The majority of all car parts are quality controlled but sold in "existing condition". This means that Laga is not responsible for so-called wear parts that can be included in the purchased car part. Wear parts include, for example, tension rollers, belts, water pumps, spark plugs, brake pads, etc.

Law is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect installation. The car part must be fitted in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and / or in a professional manner. For some repairs, according to the manufacturer's recommendations, wear parts must be replaced when the car part is mounted. The fact that the car part is installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations also includes an obligation for you to find out which components according to the manufacturer should be replaced with new ones. Always contact an authorized workshop or the car manufacturer if you have any doubts regarding assembly and which parts to wear to replace. Law is not responsible for errors caused by accident, neglect or the like after the delivery of the car parts.

The warranty period is 3 months from the date of delivery. Longer warranty periods may exist, but are clearly stated in the information on the part.

Complaints must be reported to Lagas customer service as soon as possible and no later than 2 months after delivery, before any corrective action is initiated. The law commands in each case what action may be relevant eg. delivery or price reduction. Assembly costs are reimbursed when purchasing a defective or incorrectly delivered item. However, the customer should be able to prove that the part was broken / defective upon receipt.

Unresolved packages

Packages are on delivery at 14 days. If the shipment is not picked up, it is sent back to the relevant supplier / car mount. We charge SEK 295 for packages that have not been collected.
