IMPORTANT : Request a return receipt for your package when you submit it and that you send the package as a business package.
Please note that transport damage to incoming goods is reported to the post office before the packaging is thrown away. .
Unreported transport damage is not treated as returns.
We will process your return case within 14 days .
The part must be sent back to the relevant car breaker.
